HOW WE WORK

	In the field We specialise in tailor-made solutions for growers who are focused on the production of quality produce and wish to establish a beneficial relationship with partners who can add significant value, marketing and shipping their valuable produce. We specialise in providing programmed volumes, which offers the opportunity to plan ahead, maximise returns and minimise risk.
	Logistics We can offer a truly comprehensive service through our sister company AfriAg Global, strategically based next to Johannesburg’s O R Tambo international airport. AfriAg Global has a network spanning strategic road, air and sea routes and the resources to deliver bespoke logistic solutions. It runs 76 refrigerated trucks across sub-Saharan Africa and is the largest carrier on IAG cargo from southern Africa. AfriAg Global no longer just dreams of moving food around Africa – it now flies and ships Africa’s best around the globe.
	Expert knowledge AfriAg Marketing is headed by partners with an intimate knowledge of the industry at every level – from procurement to quality assurance, and export manager to commercial director. Notable successes include the setting-up of Zimbabwe’s largest horticultural operation, introducing Mozambique litchis to Europe, and initiating a supply of prepared fruit to Asda in the UK. We currently manage contract-grown production across four countries.
	Quality control When designs are finalised and the green light is given, we proceed with the project construction and/or installation through to hand over.
